Utilities We supported an M&E contractor by providing emergency power back-up when their client – a major water supplier – experienced a problem with their own power generator equipment.
When the utility provider’s standby power generator failed during planned maintenance, we received an emergency call-out to provide support. We rapidly mobilised a 500kVA generator, cabling and fuel tank late on a Friday night, and had the equipment delivered on site within 4 hours from the initial call out, ensuring our customer was able to meet his client’s SLAs.
